We ship across the UK. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

All orders are sent in plain, discreet, unbranded packaging.

Delivery times

UK Standard: 2–4 business days after dispatch
UK Tracked: 1–2 business days after dispatch

Returns

If you’re not happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and we’ll guide you through it. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged or wrong, get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll put it right.
